We spent the morning at the Children's Museum of Phoenix with my friends Caroline (plus her shortlings) and Meg (plus her son.)
Such a fun place! The kids and I had never been there and we were in for a treat!
How can one not have fun whilst standing in the middle of a Noodle Forest?
Looks like they're going to follow in their mom's footsteps and work at Baskin Robbins.
Kaeleigh and Maylyn did some cooking with the Texture Cafe.
The kids did some grocery shopping in the Market.
Here they are painting a castle in the Art Studio.
Aren't they cute? We were just missing Meg's son.
Oh, and I can't forget the The Schuff-Perini Climber.
This thing was cool. There's a better picture of it on their website.
I sent the kids running along and was standing at the bottom visiting with Caroline when my mom-sense (like 6th sense, but better) goes off. Kaeleigh was about half-way up crying.
She was too scared to follow her dare devil sister any higher and couldn't find the way back down. So I got to climb up and rescue her.
She had just finished crying when she started telling me how much fun she had. Um...ok?
All tears aside, the kids had a blast.
If you're looking for a fun indoor activity for the kiddos, I would highly recommend it!
I am so glad you guys had fun! Colin crashed in the car about 5 minutes after we bailed. Growing pains I think! :)
